For a Ghoul Friend

Happy Monday!

I have been crafting a bit today, in between taking care of the house and myself.  One of my creations was inspired by the Lawnscaping Challenge - Sentiments

and a new Lawn Fawn stamp set.

My card........

The challenge is to make the sentiment center stage.  Challenge accomplished.  *laughing*

I used the stamp set to create a background panel with a tone-on-tone look (using Orange Fizz card stock and dye ink from My Favorite Things) so that that it did not make it the focus of my card.

I created a banner flag with MFT's banner stax to showcase the sentiment.  I stamped the sentiment in Versamark and heat embossed with Simon Says Stamp detail white embossing powder.  I didn't brush away any stray powder..thought it added to the Halloween theme.  I also stamped the spider and string from the stamp set in Versmark and clear heat embossed them.

I added a piece of Orange Fizz card stock on the inside of the card base, and stamped another ghost, her hair, and a spider in Orange Fizz ink.  I also added clear Wink of Stella to her hair and the spider.
