Cardz TV Sketch Challenge

Happy Friday!

Today is a new Sketch challenge over at Cardz TV.

Create a Halloween card using sketch #4 or #5.

For my cards I used both sketches.   I couldn't help myself.  *wink*

For sketch 4, I used Miss Kate's Ghost and papers from a Bo Bunny paper pad.

I stamped a sentiment from Cardz TV Oct. 31 stamp set.

Sketch 5 and a werewolf came together like peas and carrots.

For the tree layer, I stamped a retired background stamp from Peachy Keen Stamps in Unicorn White pigment ink.   The sentiment is from the same Cardz TV stamp set, Oct. 31.

I also stamped the inside of the card base with the stamp and ink.

Sketch Challenge...and My First Video...Ever!

Happy Thursday!

It has been a long week here at Graham Manor.  Hubby was admitted to the hospital..and he's being referrred to a specialist at UW.   He's doing well now...but I have had little time to craft..

BUT, in the time I did have........I did a video.  My first video ever!

I was inspired by the MFT Sketch Challenge.

I used Orange Fizz, Smooth White, and Black Licorice card stock.  The stamps are from LJD Primitive Pumpkins (& matching dies) and Myriad Dot Background (both retired).  The inks used was Tangy Orange, Gumdrop Green, and Steel Grey dye inks.

I stamped the border style stamp from the pumpkin set in Versamark ink and heat embossed with Judkins Sparkling embossing powder.

True Love

Happy Sunday!

I wanted to share a card with you.   My daughter is getting married at the end of the month and I wanted to make her and her fiance the perfect card.

Their wedding colors are Navy, Plum, Seafoam, Gold Glitter, and Cream....

When I was looking at the Winnie & Walter challenges for WCMD, I found this card...

I knew this was the perfect card for them....
I used Winnie & Walters Big, Bold, and Party set to stamp true on my heart.  I then inked it with Cracked Pistachio Distress Ink...and cut it out with my Cricut Explore.

WCMD - Was Fun!

Happy Sunday!

I used the premise of World Cardmaking Day to sit in my craft room and make stuff yesterday.  *wink*

I made 5 cards, plus my little girl made 2.

The inspiration for my creations came from StampTV and Winnie & Walter.

My first card was created using Gina's technique...and it's fabulous!  Also while making this card, I thought about a friend of mine that I haven't spoken to in a while.  As always, life tends to get in the way.  And I love this card so much, I'm thinking of creating a few more to send to the Caring Hearts Drive.

My second card is one that makes me laugh.....

I created this card with a stamp I picked up last year...and I LOVE it.  So fun to color and so fun to look at.   The background was created using scoretape and deco foil.

My next card is completely inspired by this Winnie & Walter challenge.  I own several W&W Big, Bold sentiment stamps...and I LOVE them.  They are my go to for many cards for family.  I stamped the panel with a Winnie & Walter stamp from the Stamp of Approval Christmas 2015 collection.

My last card is a fun one.  It was inspired by Winnie & Walter's challenge.

I created the panel with a Winnie & Walter stencil with sparkling embossing powder.
