My card features the pinwheel from Polkadoodles.   I used my silhouette cameo to draw and cut the pinwheel on spring printed paper.  To add some interest, I used Copic bg23 and bg32 to shade parts.

I added the image to some printed paper.  The sentiment and details from Peachy Keen Stamps were stamped on Papertrey white card stock.  The strip was scored and hand cut to make a dimensional banner.

Some more printed paper and card stock to finish the inside.

The Paper Shelter
Prize- 3 Digital Stamps

I created a set of shaker cards for this challenge using Leprechaun from The Paper Shelter.

I imported the image to my software and created a panel with the image and a panel with an outline of the image, to create a window for the shaker.

I used my Silhouette machine to cut out the outline (to a make a shaker window) and to draw a gold outline.  Then I cut the panel with MFT's Stax Rectangle Dies.  I love the interest that the outline and die give to the panel.  The shaker I added some beads from my stash that I bought from Simon Says Stamps years ago.

I stamped a green card base with a retired Peachy Keen Shamrock background stamp in a matching green ink.

For the inside I created another panel with the Leprechaun, but reduced the opacity.  And I used the same rectangle die to match the front panel.

A note from Rachelle Anne Miller:
I am an artist & designer living in the beautiful Adelaide Hills in South Australia with my husband and three amazing children! I love to create and am especially drawn to all things cute. I've worked on children's books, greeting cards, craft supplies, children's room decor, tech accessories, and more. I love to bring out joy and imagination in my art and create something a little different to inspire and make you smile.

I used this challenge to make cards for my grand babies.

I used  Mr Gnome Valentine Image Set from Last Minute Manda.  I uploaded the images to my iPad and colored them with Procreate.

After the images were colored, I imported them into my Silhouette software and printed the images on a full sheet of Gina K Luxury cardstock.

I wanted more interest in the cards, so I used the images and created a paper I could print for  card front panels.

I used various dies from Simon Says Stamp and My Favorite Things to cut the images for each card.

For this card, I used a wobble.  Isn't it cute?

Each card has the same sentiment, but the panels vary a bit.  From a stamped background to an added heart.

Hope I inspired your crafty side!

I don't know about you, but 2022 was an awful year to live through.  So many things happened to our family.  We lost our matriarch, my husband was diagnosed with a terrible illness, and I lived through my first hurricane...Ian.  So here's to 2023!

I have new craft space for the new year, thanks to my hubby...the hurricane destroyed my last space.  grrrr

When I started this card, I had another vision of it in mind.  But most of my craft supplies are still unfound, in the containers that they were placed in after being saved from the hurricane.  So instead of inking the panel and going all out, I had to keep it simple.

I uploaded Winter Deer by SheepSki Design to my Silhouette software to create the card front.  I used the larger Simon Says Stamp stitched rectangle die to cut the panel to size.    I realized that his image paired perfect Gina K Designs Winter Cheer and Christmas Wishes stamp sets.  I bought the card kit in 2014 which included the stamps.

I stamped the Winter Cheer greeting in Versafine Onyx Black ink, which is my favorite stamping ink.

After attaching the panel on a card base made with Gina K Luxury cardstock (also from the stamp kit), I used a glue pen to add Stickles dry glitter.

The inside panel was created from white cardstock from the stamp kit, stamped with trees from the Christmas Wishes stamp set in Papertrey soft stone ink.

For some interest, I added a hint of the same glitter that was used on the card front.

Be sure to head over the blog and link your creation!
