Thank You

Happy Friday!

It's time for a new Cardz TV Sketch challenge.

The challeng theme is Thank You.

I used sketch 8 and two Cardz TV stamp set...Bigger Everday Sayings and Home Grown.

I turned the sketch on the side.  The look of my card started by flipping through a paper pad I bought at Winneconne Crafts.
This paper pad is a Valentine Themed pad...but I just loved the strawberries.  They made me think of the Cardz TV Homegrown Stamp set.

I matched MFT's Sour Apple Card stock to the print and added some glitter washi tape.

I stamped the strawberries in Ranger and Memento Ink, and then highlighted with a Uniball Signo pen.

Just a Note...

Today is my day to post over on Miss Kate Cuttables blog.

(You can get today's freebie at the store HERE.)

I created a set of note cards for my daughter.  She has recently started communicating with her birth mother.  I thought a set of note cards would be nice for her to have handy.

I used Miss Kate's Flourish Alphabet Uppercase file,

The size of the note cards are 4.25" x 3.5",  I thought she is going to go through a lot of note cards, so I maximized the amount of cards bases per sheet of card stock.

I cut the monogram out of a 6x6 paper pad of a pattern that I liked.  Before gluing the letter, I stamped the base with Winnie & Walter's  Scenery: Big Bang Confetti in colors of Papertrey Ink cubes.  To add a bit of interest, I added some glossy accents and Wink of Stella.

I created some small envelopes from some paper in my stash.
